Recorded in a garage in Lowell MA over the months of Septemeber October and November of 2019 "In The Quiet" is the debut album of This Body is All I Have In This World.

Using shoegaze guitar washes and indie-punk dynamics "In The Quiet" talks about the, often far too, quiet world of depression.

We are both so proud and excited to share this album with you.
